Dine Out at Weston Manor Hotel

Each season, Vicky Newitt our Head Chef at the Manor Restaurant personally creates a seasonal menu.

Our delicious Winter menu is great value at just £15 for 2 courses
and £20 for 3 courses.

The menu has a good old fashioned Winter inspiration, with traditional dishes for the winter months.

I recommend the Beetroot Tart Tatin, with Horseradish Creme Fraiche & Rocket leaves, the Roasted Chicken breast with the Butternut Squash Puree and the Steamed Sponge with Cranberry Compote & White Chocolate Custard, simply delicious!

2-courses for £15 & 3-courses for £20

Our Winter menu will be served by Ian Corduff, Food & Beverage Manager, and his team in our rosette awarded Manor Restaurant situated in the magnificent Baronial Hall, with its fabulous Minstrels Gallery and Oak linen fold panelling is sure to evoke a tremendous atmosphere.

Ian has a couple of great wines that will accompany the menu perfectly.
