The Manor Restaurant

The country house ambience, service and class of Weston Manor lends itself to a quality of life rarely encountered today. You can wake up to a traditional breakfast, relax in the Bar at the end of your busy day and then adjourn to our restaurant and appreciate the fine award winning cuisine accompanied by carefully selected quality wines from around the world.

In writing this Summer menu my aim is to offer a well balanced and exciting variety of wholesome dishes using local suppliers, Appleton Farm, Hayman’s Fisheries, Glebe Farm Poultry & Derek Pigott for their finest produce.

Salads are served with dressings offered separately.

In addition to Vicky’s menu I have chosen a few wines that complement the flavours and textures of the individual dishes.

Our wine list is quite extensive giving a variety of grapes from around the world. You will find some exceptional wines beyond our Manor selection at excellent value for money. For further advice, please ask one of my colleagues.
