I have recently had cause to use your conference facilities and have been attended on both occasions by Ms Yates.
I wish to place on record my sincere thanks, and those of my staff to Ms Yates and her team for the excellent service that we received from the conference facilities, especially as I had continually revised the arrangements.
This was of particular note on 14th June where I had considerably more people arrive for my meeting than I had anticipated. Ms Yates was extremely helpful and proactive in providing me with solutions to the issues and prevented a difficult situation becoming a highly embarrassing one.
Please ensure that my thanks are passed on to her and doubtless I will consider your facilities in future should I need to find an external conferencing venue.

Just a short note to say a sincere thank you to both the staff Weston Manor for ensuring that our Esselte Dealer Conference last week was an outstanding success. The location was only made better by the superb weather we experienced on Wednesday. Can you especially pass on our appreciation and thanks to your chef and restaurant staff, as both the food and service at our dinner was outstanding, and everyone had a great evening. We will certainly use Weston Manor again in the future.

Just a brief e-mail to say thank you for organising our Christmas 'do' on Friday 22nd December 2006. Everyone enjoyed the event and a special mention for the Band - they went down very well. Comments so far have been; "can we have it there next year" & "can we have it there every year", so you can be sure it was a great success. We chose Weston Manor Hotel for our recent Managers meeting and we were not disappointed.
Every aspect of our stay was just as we would have wished for, from the delicious dinner and choice of wines to the meeting rooms and the wireless communications facility. The Fifty-up Club had a most enjoyable evening at Weston Manor Hotel last Sunday evening. The merriment of the evening was obviously generated by the members and their partners, but the success of the evening was greatly enhanced attractiveness of the table setting, the attentiveness of your staff and the quality, tastiness and presentation of all three courses of food. The Tudor room suited our requirements admirably. Please would you pass on our thanks to all of your staff.

Just a note to say thank you so much for helping us with our booking. We were all very impressed with the venue and service. Our event went really well and I'd especially like to comment on the reception and restaurant staff - they were very attentive and friendly and the food was excellent. It's very rare after a function, when I ask people if they enjoyed themselves, not to get some negative feedback but I have to say this function has been the exception.
Everybody I've spoken to praised the food, the ambience and the staff ~ who were extremely attentive: they all said they were made to feel very welcome and relaxed.

This is the first time this particular editorial board has visited the hotel and the board members and their partners were extremely impressed with the beautiful venue and high standard of service. I think the fantastic weather also played its part in showing the hotel and grounds off at its best.
